No. You get 500 credits when you create an account and can start searching right away. A card is only needed to buy credits or start the Team trial.
One-time credit packs never expire. Monthly subscription credits are issued each billing cycle and expire at the end of that cycle if unused. The 500 credits from your free signup do not expire.
$129 a month for 3 seats and 6,000 pooled credits a month. Extra seats are $39 a month with 2,000 credits each.
The credits are pooled, so the whole office draws on one balance. A home is charged once per strategy for the whole team, however many clients’ buy boxes it turns up in, and a full underwrite can be reopened free for 14 days. Each extra seat adds 2,000 credits. The trial’s 2,000 credits show what your own clients’ searches use before anything is charged.
For Team, yes, with 2,000 credits and a card on file. The 7-day trial covers 3 seats. After it, Team is $129 a month for 3 seats plus $39 for each extra seat. Adding a seat during the trial ends it and starts billing that day. An individual account needs no trial: it starts free.
Yes. Each underwrite opens a thread where you can ask about the verdict, test a lower offer or plan the negotiation; answers come from that deal’s analysis with the numbers recalculated. The first 5 questions on each deal are free, and question packs cover more.
Yes, with no contract or cancellation fee. If you cancel, you keep the credits already issued for that cycle. Credits do not roll over to the next cycle.
Your analyses are private to your account by default. Nothing is shared unless you generate a shareable link or PDF. Shared links can be sent to anyone but are not indexed or discoverable, and you can stop sharing a link at any time.
